Department Profile

The department of Computer Science was started functioning in the year 1998, which offers Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) and Bachelor of Computer Science (B.Sc. (C.S)) professional courses. These courses have been designed to meet the need for human resource in the field of information science and technology. The department has 4 lecture halls each one of them can accommodate 60 students, one computer laboratory and one electronics laboratory. The department organizes seminars, workshops, training programmes and also campus interviews for the students. Our students are well placed in many software development organizations. Presently there are more than 230 students pursuing their degrees in the department.
